Free mentoring from Lichfield Festival for young creatives aged 16–25

Lichfield Festival supports young people who are passionate about building their career in the arts and cultural sector. Aimed at ages 16–25, this free programme provides a unique introduction to the world of professional arts through mentoring, activities, and opportunities.

Programme Overview

This experience offers practical insight into the creative industries through a range of opportunities, including:

• Monthly mentoring sessions with established arts professionals
• Behind the scenes access to professional artist rehearsals
• Exclusive artist Q&A sessions
• Supported work experience opportunities 
• Free tickets to selected Lichfield Festival performances
• Access to the Young Creatives broadcast channel and events
