Fenella Humphreys is one of the UK’s most established and versatile violinists. Winner of the 2023 BBC Music Magazine Premiere Recording Award and 2018 Instrumental Award, she has attracted critical admiration and audience acclaim with the grace and intensity of her remarkable performances. This evening, she is joined by one of the UK’s best-loved pianists, Martin Roscoe (see Thursday October for Martin’s solo event) for a French programme to celebrate the 2024 Fauré centenary, featuring several works by the composer, alongside Ravel, Saint-Saëns and Lili Boulanger.
