PLEASE NOTE: The lift in Lichfield Guildhall is currently out of order due to a fault. Access to the Guildhall is via 20 stone steps with hand rail.

As part of our Learning & Participation season in 2026, we welcome The Rusty Player’s Orchestra to Lichfield.  A Birmingham-based community orchestra beacon, this particular ‘RPO’ is for music enthusiasts, seasoned players, and those who have strayed from their original musical path. No matter how long your instrument has been in the loft, ‘Rustys’ welcomes everyone back with open arms…

Today’s band welcomes musicians from across the ‘Rustys’ network, to perform family film favourites from stage and screen, including themes from Finding Nemo, Paddington Bear and Shrek.
