Hailing from the East Anglia and the Welsh wildlands, power-folk four-piece Wise Woman bring their heady collision of lush vocal harmonies, cinematic strings and 90s girl power to the Lichfield Festival for the first time.
This show sees them journeying through their own songs, as well as their innovative, arrangements of traditional folk favourites. From fenland witches, to Boudicca, to the smoky underbelly of 1905 New Orleans, their intricate songs transport audiences on a theatrical dream ride, through forgotten worlds and everyday treasures.
