Armand Djikoloum studied in Lyon at the Conservatoire National Supérieur Musique et Danse.
In 2021, he was a prize-winner at the YCAT International Auditions and in the 22/23 season, he was nominated as a Rising Star Artist by Classic FM, made his debut with London Mozart Players and returned as soloist with Chineke! performing Vaughan Williams Oboe Concerto at the Queen Elizabeth Hall.
Today he is joined by another Classic FM Rising Star artist, Iyad Sughayer, who plays a solo piano programme for us tomorrow in Event 12A.
Their programme this afternoon features works by Alma Mahler, Schumann and Fauré.
