Liza Pulman, comedienne, songstress and one third of the iconic Fascinating Aida, has teamed up with the quick-witted musical virtuoso Joe Stilgoe for a brand-new show.
A Couple of Swells brings together their unique musical styles and stories from two fascinating careers, featuring some of their all-time favourite songs, sprinkled with heaps of panache and a whole lot of dazzle!
Festival favourite Liza returns to Lichfield after her sensational performances in Liza Pulman Sings Streisand (2018) and The Heart of It (2021) and, as always, you can expect to be swept away by her typically exquisite vocals.
Put together with Joe’s dazzling piano playing, as they share true classics and hidden gems from the likes of Irving Berlin, Paul McCartney, Al Jolson, Billy Joel, Leonard Bernstein and many more, expect a Festival night to remember…
