In a 
packed Cathedral last year, an enraptured Festival audience saw Cor Bach walk away with both the winners’ trophy and the Audience Prize at the inaugural Midlands Choir of the Year final!
Now they’re back to delight again with numbers by Seal, ELO, The Beatles, Queen, The Eagles and Billy Joel, alongside traditional male voice choir pieces, plus a few surprises from the world of Disney and some of their own arrangements.
Since winning the MCOTY title, Cor Bach (Welsh for ‘Little Choir’) have gone from strength to strength, ending 2022 by singing alongside Russell Watson. 2023 also sees exciting plans with Claybody Theatre, for a new theatre production set in the 1930s world of male voice singing in Staffordshire.
Well done from everyone in Lichfield to the Cor Bach boys on an amazing year!
